— Quality and Traceability

Each batch has its own name

The cooperative, farm, harvest date, processing, and classification are all recorded before the batch leaves Colombia. No shortcuts in the selection process.

Traceability that can be verified

Each batch is registered at its origin: farm, variety, altitude, and harvest date. The processing method—washed, natural, or honey—is documented along with the producer's name.

In the winery, classification by density and grain size is carried out by separate batch. Storage in certified jute bags maintains controlled humidity until shipment.
